CONVERSIONS
Based on standard MY2019 Iveco Daily panels vans or chassis cabs, in sizes between 3.5T GVW and 7.2T GVW. The original diesel engine, gearbox and exhaust systems are removed and replaced with a full electric drivetrain.
Power Electronics
4th generation motor controller designed using the latest Infineon IGBT technology to deliver the industry’s highest power and current density. Motor controller is embedded with IFOC algorithm allowing the induction motor to perform in high power and instant torque applications.
User Interface
Automotive / Industrial grade multi-touch capacitive LCD, IPS panel for e-drive system control. Software and GUI design can be easily modified for specific application. 2 Versions available – 7” and 9.7” GUI screens.
3.5T GVW
Elinta EV100 conversion adds a 75 kWh rated energy storage system, paired with a 100kW / 1150Nm electric motor drive, producing a top speed of 56MPH with a range of up to 155 miles.
5T – 7T GVW variants
Elinta EV150 conversion adds a 115 kWh rated energy storage system, paired with a 150kW / 1250 Nm electric motor drive, producing a top speed of 50MPH, with a range of up to 135 miles.
CUSTOMISATION
Chassis cab platforms are ideal for full customisation to allow any necessary extra functions required such as tippers, tail lift, access platforms, wheelchair access lifts, etc.

Our LiFePo4 technology battery systems are designed for commercial applications. Integrated BMS and climate control ensures 3000+ charge cycles. Energy storage systems are modular & rated at 40kwh per unit. All battery systems are IP 69 rated and designed to withstand 20 G impact.
